RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 20 Business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Standard Goods:

  

     ●     1000 +10% value of product restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Customised Goods

●      Customised Goods Cannot be Returned nor exchanged under any circumstances.

● Customised goods delivery will be done after payment and post verfication of the goods by the customer only.

●  If customised goods not picked-up within 7days of waiting period then the restocking fee + warehousing fee of 500/per day will be levied.

● Maximum 30days of warehousing will be done of customised good upon non-payment and non-pickup of goods.

●Under non-payment and non pickup condition of customised goods will be disposed off and restocking + warehousing fee will be recovered from the scrap value of the product.

●In Customised Goods,CAD Design may  Alter or Vary slight portion /Partition ,size while creating Feasible Design of Customised Goods. The customer Design and area will be same but small inner portions sizes of shelf, doors or drawers may vary according to Design provided by Customer.

●In Customised Goods the Actual Feasibility of design can only be ascertained after CAD preparation,Rough or estimated Design /sketch is Design is prepared in Advance while Booking order.

In Customised Goods,Additions or Editing will not be entertained after CAD Design is made or after Goods are Developed.

●Customised Goods advance will be forfieted under non-pickup and non-payment of goods,after waiting for the customer maximum 30 days.
