01

Identity And Scope

These Terms govern use of the Naresh Safe Factory website and related enquiries and customer transactions. The contracting legal entity is Kunju Global India LLP, LLPIN AAY-6733, GSTIN 07AAXFK8890P1ZW, with registered office at Plot No. 53/6, G.F., Ganesh Nagar Extn.-2, Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092. Naresh Safe Factory is the applicable brand and is not described as a separate incorporated entity.

02

Website Use

The website provides information, enquiry forms, site-visit booking, quotation and customer-account functions. Users shall provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, act with authority when representing another person or organisation, and not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data or infringe another person’s rights.

03

Commercial Document Hierarchy

Website content, product pages, images, examples, estimates and general descriptions are informational or indicative unless expressly incorporated into an accepted transaction. The applicable approved quotation, specifications, order confirmation, invoice and policy versions associated with the transaction govern the order in the event of an inconsistency with general website content.

04

Quotations, Specifications And Custom Manufacture

A quotation is valid only for its stated period and scope. Dimensions, configuration, finish, hardware, site conditions and exclusions must be approved before custom manufacture. Changes may require a revised quotation, price, schedule or feasibility assessment. Indicative website estimates do not constitute a final offer.

05

Electronic Acceptance

Acceptance may be evidenced by signed or electronic quotation approval, OTP, email, customer portal action, payment following communicated terms, or another verifiable electronic transaction record. The Company may retain the relevant record, timestamp and policy version or snapshot associated with the transaction.

06

Payments And Site Visits

Amounts, taxes, stages, due dates and payment methods are those stated in the accepted transaction or secure checkout. A site-visit booking is governed by the fee and rules disclosed before payment. Payment-provider services are also subject to the provider’s terms; the provider processes payment credentials under its own role and the Company receives transaction records required to administer the order.

07

Incorporated Customer Policies

KGI-CSP-F24-3.0 is the controlling customer-service policy. The Warranty Policy, Returns & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, After-Sales Service Policy and any applicable Service Charges form part of the transaction when identified or supplied with it. Material future policy changes do not rewrite an immutable policy snapshot already associated with an accepted transaction.

08

Intellectual Property And External Services

Website software, brand material, original text, designs, images and other protected content may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party websites, maps, analytics, payment services and communication tools remain under their respective operators’ control and terms.

09

Liability And Mandatory Law

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by unauthorised use, third-party services or information not incorporated into the accepted transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits the Company’s responsibility for its own obligations under the accepted transaction and governing law.

10

Communications, Support And General Terms

Electronic notices and transaction records may be sent to the contact details supplied by the customer. Questions or grievances may be submitted through the Contact Us page. Indian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction available under applicable law; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove a consumer’s lawful forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
